As the world continues to adjust to living with the challenges posed by the covid-19 virus JGM Chauffeur Travel is here to provide client peace-of-mind via a risk-managed travel experience. We will continue to adjust our operating procedures to reflect changing Government rules and guidelines around such as mask-wearing and social distancing

We fully understand customer travel concerns in the current climate – fears which are difficult to address in the public transport environment. Our clients can now expect the benefit of the following hygiene measures across all our Executive Chauffeur Transfer services;

Despite the wearing of face masks ceasing to be mandatory from 19th July 2021 your chauffeur, as a matter of common courtesy, will continue to wear a face covering until such times as the Government publishes updated guidelines based upon improved data
Passengers are encouraged to wear face masks in the vehicle for their own safety
Disposable masks are available in the vehicle
All luggage handled by the chauffeur will be disinfected prior to return to passenger
All chauffeurs will have received a double dose of the covid-19 vaccine and any driver feeling unwell is immediately removed from service
Anti-bacterial hand gel is available in the vehicle for both passenger and chauffeur
The vehicle is deep-cleaned on a daily basis and passenger compartments disinfected between each service
Complimentary bottled water is no longer available in the vehicle. This is a temporary risk-management measure associated with containing the transmission of the virus and we appreciate the continued understanding of our clients during this challenging time
